About Me

I am a mental health practitioner with a psycho-spiritual approach, working primarily with adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in transition, or disconnected despite appearing functional on the outside.

My own journey into healing began at a time when life looked complete on the surface, yet inwardly there was an intense sense of anguishing monotony — What is the purpose of my life? This inner restlessness led me to my first meditation class in 2018, after I came across Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda. Although I did not fully understand his teachings at the time, something in them resonated deeply. In 2020, I was initiated into Kriya Yoga, a practice that has since become a steady inner anchor. This spiritual path has profoundly shaped how I relate to myself, to difficulty, and to life, and continues to inform how I hold space for others.

The years that followed required deep inner work — including experiences of loss, betrayal, and emotional upheaval. Healing did not arrive as a single breakthrough. Instead, it unfolded gradually, through facing inner struggles authentically and learning to stay present through discomfort and uncertainty.

For me, spirituality is not about belief in God or following a particular spiritual path. I believe one does not need to believe in God, adopt spiritual ideas, or identify as spiritual in order to work with me. Spirituality, as I understand it, involves turning inward — developing awareness, inner attunement, and a connection with one’s own inner intelligence.

Alongside my spiritual journey, I pursued formal training in counselling psychology and therapeutic modalities. Psychology offered language, structure, and ethical grounding to what my inner work had revealed experientially. Together, these two streams shaped the psycho-spiritual approach I offer today.

In my work, I often support people who feel emotionally flooded, reactive, or disconnected — individuals who are coping outwardly but sense that something deeper remains unresolved. Over time, many share that they feel calmer, less reactive, and more able to stay present with themselves and their lives.

I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe and respectful. My role is not to direct, fix, or impose meaning, but to support you in understanding yourself more clearly, building emotional steadiness, and reconnecting with your own inner capacity to navigate life.

I am based in Mumbai, where I live with my family. I am a mother to an eight-year-old, and beyond my professional work, I love to travel, chant, cook for family and friends and meaningful conversations.

If you are looking for support that is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply human, you may feel at home here.
